This program is designed to develop young athletes while fostering a love for the game. We understand that you may have questions about our club and the evaluation process, so please take a moment to read through the following important information.

Program Overview

Strong Force will be divided into four divisions based on age and skill level:

10U: 4TH -5TH GRADERS;

12U: 6TH - 7Th GRADERS;

14U: 8TH - 9TH GRADERS;

16U: 10TH - 11TH GRADERS;

- Elementary Division: Players in 4th to 6th grade
- Middle School Division: Players in 6th to 8th grade
- High School Division: Players in 9th grade and older

Each division will participate in two 60-minute training sessions per week**, focusing on individual skill development and team concepts. 

Our Player Development Program (PDP) is tailored for beginner to intermediate athletes, providing a solid foundation for future competitive play.

Key Features of the Strong Force Program: 

- Individual Skill Refinement: Players will enhance their shooting, dribbling, and defensive skills.
- Team Concepts: Athletes will learn and practice essential strategies, preparing them for higher-level competition.
- Semi-Competitive Environment: Players can apply their skills in games designed to encourage growth and improvement.
- Position Exploration: We provide opportunities for athletes to try various positions and roles, helping them discover their strengths.
- Transitioning Roles: The program allows for a smooth transition into new roles in a supportive environment.

Meet the Team

  • Brandon Armstrong

    FOUNDER

    Brandon Armstrong, Sr. gained nationwide recognition as a standout player at Pepperdine University and was later drafted into the NBA by the New Jersey Nets, earning respect for his skills at the elite level. After his NBA career, he continued to enjoy success internationally before retiring from a respectable professional basketball career.

    Brandon's understanding of the game as an NBA player, combined with his unique experience as an NBA-trained referee, gives him a competitive advantage and valuable insights for player development. He is also deeply dedicated to philanthropy and mentorship for underprivileged youth in sports.

  • Dominick Jackson

    ASSOCIATE COACH

    Coach Jackson is the Head Coach of the 8th Grade Varsity Team at Nevada Prep Charter School. With a decade of coaching experience, Coach Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Strong Force.

    He played at the collegiate level for three years, honing his skills and understanding of the game.

    Coach Jackson is dedicated to developing young athletes both on and off the court, fostering teamwork, discipline, and a love for the sport.

  • Sia Armstrong

    MARKETING DIRECTOR

    Sia is an accomplished marketing professional with experience in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and enhance customer engagement.  With a strong background in sports marketing, market research, and team leadership, she has successfully led cross-functional teams and launched high-impact campaigns nationwide.
